Dawlish

The coastal town of Dawlish is renowned for its sandy beaches and picturesque lawns making it popular with both tourists and locals. Colourful floral displays border the Brook which runs through the centre of town and is famous for its black swans.

The town has retained its charm of a bygone era and has a strong seasonal trade with holiday makers taking advantage of the town and the nearby resort of Dawlish Warren. There is also a good local community which, traditionally popular with retiring people, attracts a wider variety of buyers due to the expansion of the cathedral city of Exeter.
